North Carolina names first chief deputy director for Governor’s Recovery Office

North Carolina – Emily Gangi will be the first chief deputy director for the Governor’s Recovery Office for Western North Carolina. Gangi currently serves as policy director for the Division of Broadband and Digital Equity, a position held since September 2022. She brings more than 19 years of experience in the public sector, previously serving in several higher education institution leadership positions.
