Connecticut DOT selects next chief engineer and bureau chief of engineering and construction

Connecticut – The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has selected James Fallon as its next chief engineer and bureau chief of engineering and construction. Fallon, who currently serves as CTDOT’s assistant chief engineer, has been with the agency since 1994. He will officially replace Chief Engineer Scott Hill on Feb. 1, 2025.
