Chicago Transit Authority welcomes new acting president

Illinois – The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) has welcomed Nora Leerhsen as acting president. Leerhsen is the first woman to lead the authority in its 77-year history. She has been with the CTA since 2014, most recently as chief of staff. Other positions she has held include project coordinator for compliance, regulatory compliance officer, senior advisor and deputy chief of staff.
