Sheila Lowry — North Carolina - Government Market News

North Carolina – Current Interim Parks and Recreation Director Sheila Lowry has officially assumed the role as the city of Concord’s parks and recreation director. Lowry joined the city of Concord as an athletics specialist in 2011. She began her new role on Oct. 16.
