McDonald new city administrator of Spring Valley Village

The city of Spring Valley Village has appointed John McDonald as its new city administrator. McDonald previously served as the community development director for the city of Pearland, a position assumed in 2017. McDonald began his work as city administrator for Spring Valley Village after his appointment on Aug. 10. As the city administrator, McDonald will provide oversight and direction for the city’s departments.
