Dublin, Ohio, appoints deputy city manager

Ohio – The city of Dublin has appointed Michael Barker deputy city manager. Before joining Dublin, Barker was the public service director for New Albany for three years, the capstone of his 11 years with the city. Barker has also served as New Albany’s deputy director of public service, deputy director of community development, engineer and development services manager. He will assume his responsibilities Jan. 28, 2025.
