New Orleans Regional Transit Authority names new chief transit officer

Louisiana – Brian Marshall has been named chief transit officer for the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA). Marshall previously was an operational leader with the Chicago Transit Authority and the Capital Area Transit System in Baton Rouge.
