Texas – The South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) has chosen Kelly Criswell to take over as executive director. She will begin her role in July 2025. Criswell currently serves as SPAG’s deputy executive director and director of economic development. She has been with SPAG since October 2006, starting as a program specialist before becoming director of regional services in 2015. She will replace Tim Pierce in the role.
