South Carolina – Justin Powell was sworn in April 9 as secretary of transportation for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). Powell will manage SCDOT’s daily operations and lead strategic initiatives. He most recently served as chief operation officer at SCDOT. He replaced Christy Hall in the role.
