Texas – The city of Amarillo confirmed Floyd Hartman as interim city manager following City Manager Andrew Freeman’s sudden departure from the role. Hartman has served the city for 20 years, including as assistant city manager since 2018. He will fulfill the city manager’s duties until a permanent replacement is found.
