Brian Dismukes appointed assistant chief of Infrastructure Operations Division

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has selected Brian Dismukes to take over as assistant chief of the Infrastructure Operations Division. He previously served as human resources director for the division, culminating in a three decade-long career with DPS.
