Arizona – The city of Phoenix has promoted Mitch Kohlbecker to chief information security officer (CISO). Kohlbecker most recently served as deputy CISO for five years. Before joining Phoenix, he worked for more than two decades in leadership roles across multiple industries, primarily as CISO and a senior director.
