Westmoreland County Community College in Pennsylvania selects interim president

Pennsylvania – Dr. David Devier has been selected to take over as interim president of Westmoreland County Community College. Dr. Devier brings decades of higher education experience to the role, including serving as president and CEO of Glen Oaks Community College in Michigan for a decade. He was also vice president of academic affairs and student services at Clark State College in Ohio. He assumed his responsibilities Jan. 27, 2025.
