Middlebury College, Vermont, selects new president

Vermont – Middlebury College has selected Ian Baucom, Ph.D., as its 18th president. Dr. Baucom currently serves as the University of Virginia’s executive vice president and provost. His first day will be July 1, 2025. He will succeed Laurie Patton.
