Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission welcomes new member

Washington – Brian Rybarik has been appointed to the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. Rybarik brings more than two decades of regulatory experience and leadership across private sector energy and technology companies to the role. His first day will be March 3, 2025.
