Georgia – Torri Martin has been named chief information officer of Atlanta Housing. Martin previously led the city’s Office of Financial Systems Services. The Georgia State University alum previously served as senior vice president and chief information officer for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).
