Ryan Smoot – City Manager; Bellflower, California

Following Jeffrey L. Stewart’s retirement on Jan. 2, 2024, Ryan Smoot will assume his role as the city of Bellflower’s city manager. Smoot will leave his position as city manager for the city of Lomita and return to Bellflower. Smoot has a history with Bellflower, previously serving as the city’s management assistant, assistant city manager and acting economic development manager.
