Minnesota – Richard Spiczka has been nominated by the Bemidji City Council as the new city manager. Selected on Oct. 2, Spiczka will replace Nate Mathews in the city manager position. Currently serving as the city manager for Pequot Lakes, Spiczka will assume his role as Bemidji’s city manager on Dec. 5.
