Moreno Valley, California, selects new city manager and executive director

California – Brian Mohan has been selected to take over as the city of Moreno Valley’s city manager and executive director. Mohan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in municipal finance and governance to the position. He most recently served as Moreno Valley’s assistant city manager. Before joining Moreno Valley, he worked with the city of Rialto for a decade. Mohan officially replaced Mike Lee in the role Jan. 8, 2025.
