Marlin hires Keith Whitfield as their new city manager

The Marlin City Council unanimously approved Keith Whitfield as its city manager. Whitfield is leaving his current position in the city of Daingerfield, where he has served as the city manager for two years.

He brings 11 years of public service experience to his new role, where he will be responsible for overseeing policy implementation and management, city department performance and annual budget development.
