Jay Harton finalized as director of DIS in Arkansas

Arkansas – Jay Harton has been finalized as the state’s new director of the Division of Information Services (DIS). Harton has been leading the division in an interim capacity since February 2024. Prior to accepting the interim role, he spent nine years as DIS’ chief operating officer. Harton succeeds Jonathan Askins.
