Washington, D.C. – The American Association of State Colleges and Universities has appointed Chuck Welsh as president and CEO. Welsh previously served as the Arkansas State University System president, which he held since 2011. Welsh will replace Mildred Garcia and will begin his new role Jan. 15, 2024.
