Allen County, Ohio, selects new deputy director for Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management

Ohio – Phil Zimmerly has been selected to take over as deputy director of the Allen County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. He was officially appointed by the county’s Board of Commissioners on Nov. 21, 2024. His first day was Dec. 2.
