Strategic PartnershipsOregon – Lily Morgan will resign from the Oregon State Legislature to accept a position as city manager for the city of Gold Hill. Morgan has served in the House since 2021 and previously served as a Grants Pass city councilor and Josephine County commissioner. She will begin her new role on Dec. 4.
