Oklahoma – The city of Sand Springs officially swore in Jennifer Swezey as its new assistant city manager on Oct. 23. Most recently serving as the assistant city manager in Muskogee since 2021, Swezey has been working as Sand Springs’ assistant city manager since Oct. 9.
