St. Louis unveils $100 million plan to transform Steinberg Rink into year-round destination

This plan introduces a world-class design to restore the rink and reimagine the surrounding 22.5-acre area as The Glade.

The report proposes capping parts of the BQE to create new public spaces and reconnect communities that were split by the highway.
