Edward Terrell Blackmon most recently served as city manager for Henderson, holding the role for five years. Anthony Prinz has been with the city for more than 14 years, starting as a transportation services administrator before moving into his most recent role

Jim Crosland has previously served as the city’s interim city manager, deputy city manager and assistant director of the Cayce Department of Public Safety

Elliott Cheu has served in multiple interim leadership roles, most recently as interim senior vice president for research and innovation.

William Slot most recently served as chief innovation officer for the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority from 2018 to 2023.

Brian Marshall previously was an operational leader with the Chicago Transit Authority and the Capital Area Transit System in Baton Rouge.

Dr. Peggy Heinrich has been serving as the college’s interim president since the summer of 2024.
