ODOD will fund projects that construct or redevelop more than 7.4 million square feet of retail, housing, dining, office, lodging and entertainment space.
The use of technology like digital twins, building information modeling and generative design would have been completely foreign years ago, but is now a requirement for some projects.
These programs are supported by the Climate Commitment Act and look to promote sustainability, boost economic growth and ensure all communities across the state have equitable access.
