The SPI Team and I are hoping that our newsletter friends will be as pleased as we are about a very special announcement we can finally make.
We are ready to introduce our much-awaited RAPID RESEARCH ENGINE. Our formal marketing campaign will begin next week, but we wanted you to hear the details first.
For almost 18 months – from concept to design to construction – we have been working on building a new capability that will help us offer the kind of research we are known for in a much quicker way. Our distinct research value proposition has always been that we research data, information, and insight that allows us to direct companies to upcoming contracting opportunities before they are announced.
Our research team has always been able to analyze budgets, planning documents, bond election funding allocations, legislative appropriations, and every other source of funding that is allocated for public-sector projects. We find the data in documents that allow us to alert companies very early in the process for upcoming contracting opportunities.
Our new Rapid Research Engine allows us a unique capability that draws from over 30 years of experience, cutting through the noise and hundreds of documents to identify actionable leads for businesses looking to increase their sales in the government marketplace. Unlike competitor tools that are merely web scrapers or RFI identifiers, it is built to deliver focused, decision-ready intelligence that supports pipeline development, market entry, capture planning, and early engagement. Instead of companies having to search through vast datasets, our Rapid Research Engine capability allows us to deliver high value curated actionable and insightful data from verified sources in short order.
The result we were seeking has been accomplished. We are now able to offer a white-glove service that provides research unlike anything available anywhere else, and we can do it rapidly. Once we know what a company wants to see, we can produce it in a very short period of time – maybe 48 hours.
If a company wants to see upcoming water projects for instance and wants to know about every planned water project of a certain type in numerous states, we can deliver all of that basic information. Or, if a company wants to see all upcoming projects that meet certain criteria in specific states… but… wants our research team to do a deep dive into the upcoming projects for even more data, such as timelines, decision makers, stakeholders, project background, etc. We can deliver that research as well rapidly. It is important to point out, however, that no data will ever be provided that has not been validated by our experienced researchers.
The good news for government sales executives is that we can now fill their pursuit pipelines for 2026 and 2027 rapidly and provide valuable strategic information designed to provide ‘a competitive edge’ because of early positioning.
Finally, if more additional assistance is needed, the SPI Team has a full-time Consulting Team in Texas that is boosted by 206+ former government executives who are our Consulting Partners throughout the U.S. That team consists of CIOs, CFOs, Mayors, State Agency Directors, City Managers, University Vice Chancellors, and subject matter experts with decades of experience in healthcare, education, criminal justice, water, power, and infrastructure of all types. When we partner with companies, we are a powerful source of knowledge and experience.
We will share our news with the world about our new Rapid Research Engine beginning next week, but we wanted our loyal newsletter subscriber friends to hear about it first. We’ll be posting much more in the days to come on our Gov Market News site so stay tuned…the services we can provide in the future will be even more unique.
