New York – The New York State Senate appointed DaMia Harris-Madden, Ed.D., commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). Dr. Harris-Madden has served as executive director of the Westchester County Youth Bureau since 2018. She brings 20 years of experience to the position.
