New Mexico – Manny Barreras has been appointed cabinet secretary of the Department of IT. Barreras brings more than 22 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience to the role. He most recently served as the senior territory account manager for a telecommunications equipment company. He assumed responsibilities Sept. 9, 2024.
