Settlement to end long-standing delays on Corpus Christi bridge

The Texas Department of Transportation has agreed to pay $400 million to builders of the Harbor Bridge, which has been plagued with ongoing disputes and delays.  Construction on the $1.2 billion bridge is now expected to be completed in 2025.
