Maryland – The Washington County Board of County Commissioners has appointed Anthony Napoli transit director. Napoli brings more than a decade of public transit experience to the position. He has worked in various roles throughout his career, including driver and operator, safety manager and trainer and dispatcher. Napoli has collaborated with several state agencies and organizations, including New Jersey state agencies, state transit, Somerville County and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
