Virginia DOT selects new assistant division administrator for the Infrastructure Investment Division

Virginia – Larrie Henley has been selected as the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) assistant division administrator for the Infrastructure Investment Division. Henley has been with the department since 2000, serving in numerous capacities as a program analyst, manager and assistant division administrator.
