Vandalia, Ohio, names interim city manager

Ohio – Kurt Althouse has been chosen to take over as the city of Vandalia’s interim city manager. Althouse left his role as chief of police for the city to take on the new opportunity, concluding a decade-long career in the Vandalia Division of Police.
