Urbandale, Iowa, welcomes new city manager

Iowa – David Jones will take over as the city of Urbandale’s next city manager. Jones brings more than 25 years of local government experience to the role. He will officially succeed A.J. Johnson on Jan. 27, 2025. He will leave his current position as Ankeny’s city manager to join Urbandale.
