University of Scranton in Pennsylvania appoints interim CIO

Pennsylvania – The University of Scranton has appointed Andrew Lawlor as interim CIO. Lawlor brings more than three decades of experience in the education and technology sectors. He most recently held positions as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix for 21 years, vice president of IT services at Bucks County Community College for three years and associate vice president for technology and communications at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania for 16 years.
