Philadelphia appoints chief information officer
Pennsylvania – Melissa Scott has been appointed chief information officer for the city of Philadelphia. Scott brings nearly a decade of experience working with Philadelphia IT to the role, previously serving as the city’s IT director, IT program manager and senior IT project manager.
