San Antonio's VIA Metropolitan Transit welcomes new CFO

Texas – J’Maine Chubb has officially joined VIA Metropolitan Transit as CFO and VP of fiscal management. Chubb left his previous role as CFO for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority to join the transit agency. He brings 28 years of financial experience to the position.
