North Carolina appoints new secretary of Department of Administration

North Carolina – Gabriel Esparza has been appointed secretary of the Department of Administration (DOA). Esparza brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in both the public and private sector. He most recently was associate administrator of the Office of International Trade for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
