Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority welcomes three new leaders

Washington – The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has welcomed three new additions to its leadership hierarchy – Kim Clark PakstysPaul Sheridan Jr. and Thomas Beatty

  • Clark Pakstys currently serves as a managing director for a consulting firm, her latest role in the strategic advisory sector. She has held several leadership positions with tech and consulting companies throughout her career. 
  • Sheridan brings extensive experience in law representing companies and private equity firms to the role. He most recently served as a law clerk to a chief judge of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. 
  • Thomas Beatty has been announced as the authority’s next executive vice president and chief operations officer. He currently serves as vice president of the Office of Engineering. Beatty has been with the Airports Authority since 1997, starting as an environmental program engineer. He has also served as deputy vice president in the Office of Engineering and manager of the Building Codes and Environmental Department.
