Maine – Sara Gagné-Holmes has been confirmed as commissioner of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. Gagné-Holmes has been operating as acting commissioner of the department since June 1. Prior to her current role, she served as a deputy commissioner of the Health and Human Services Department.
