Lori Winfree appointed deputy CEO of California North County Transit District

California – The North County Transit District (NCTD) has appointed Lori Winfree as deputy CEO. Winfree will retain her current role as the district’s chief general counsel. She has been with NCTD since 2013, starting as general counsel. Before joining the district, Winfree served the County of San Diego’s Office of County Counsel as a senior deputy county counsel.
