Long Island Power Authority chooses new CIO

New York – The Long Island Power Authority has picked Greg Flay to serve as CIO. Flay left his role as vice president of technology and data at Austin Energy to pursue the new role. He brings 34 years of IT, management and consulting experience to the position.
