Hays, Kansas, appoints assistant city manager

Kansas – The city of Hays has appointed Jarrod Kuckelman assistant city manager. Kuckelman has been with the city since June 2023, starting as a management analyst. Before joining Hays, he served as an intern with the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas.
