Goochland County, Virginia, board appoints interim county administrator

Virginia – The Goochland County Board of Supervisors has appointed Manuel Alvarez, Jr. as interim county administrator. This will be his second time in the role, previously serving in 2021. He will replace Victor Carpenter in the role Feb. 24, 2025.
