Germantown, Tennessee, adds new leaders to the Public Works Department

Tennessee – The city of Germantown has appointed Allen Broughton and Nicholas Pulido to uphold critical leadership positions in the Public Works Department. The decisions follow Public Works Director Bo Mills’ announcement that he will retire in April of this year. 

  • Broughton began his role as public works director Jan. 6, 2025. He brings two decades of public sector experience to the role, serving in leadership positions for municipalities, a port and the Marine Corps. He most recently served as assistant director for the General Services Department at the port of San Diego.
  • Pulido stepped into his role as assistant public works director Dec. 16, 2024. He brings 15 years of experience serving as a chief engineer in the United States Navy to the role.
