Fairfax, Virginia, names acting city manager

Virginia – The city of Fairfax has selected Bryan Foster to take over as acting city manager. Foster, who most recently served as deputy city manager for Manassas, brings 28 years of local government experience to the position. He began his role Jan. 27, 2025.
