Fairfax, Iowa, names first city administrator

Iowa – The city of Fairfax has chosen Dustin Stambaugh as city administrator. Stambaugh is the city’s first city administrator, bringing more than 15 years of government management experience to the role. Before joining Fairfax, he served as city administrator for Ellsworth, Kansas.
