Champaign, Illinois, names new deputy city manager

Illinois – Nancy Rabel will take over as the city of Champaign’s deputy city manager Dec. 16, 2024. Rabel brings more than 25 years of municipal government and legal experience to the position. She most recently served as the city’s assistant director of Human Resources.
